In The Fold

I was project director for In The Fold, Ireland’s inaugural entry in the International Fashion Showcase at London Fashion Week in 2015, as part of my role as Fashion and Textiles Advisor for Irish Design 2015.

The International Fashion Showcase is an official London Fashion Week event operated by the British Council and British Fashion Council. In The Fold is a fashion exhibition showcasing the work of eight emerging Irish designers with an original structure built by celebrated Dublin architecture firm ABGC. The installation was built on-site at the International Fashion Showcase venue at Brewer Street in Soho, which saw 5,000 visitors during the exhibition in February 2015.

I produced and managed the event from concept to activation, appointing a curator and design team to create the installation and accompanying publication.
